ONLINE POLICY: We really hope you LOVE your purchase, but if you aren't 100% satisfied, we will accept exchanges or returns for a full store credit within 14 days from the date you receive your items (tracking information will show date of delivery for your reference). Store credit does not expire and can be used anytime towards anything excluding gift certificates. Store credit for returns are processed every Tuesday. Please put shoes in a mailer or box to protect the original packaging. Please include your name or order # with your return. Unworn, unwashed merchandise can be mailed to:

After 14 days items are no longer eligible. Items returned with obvious use, perfume, product stains, laundered or smoke may be subject to refusal. Sale and promo items are FINAL! All items ending in .88 and/or marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
JEWELRY, HEADWEAR, GLASSES & BODYSUITS: For hygiene reasons - ALL jewelry, sunglasses, blue light glasses, beanies, hats, bodysuits and headwear are final sale unless damaged.

DAMAGED: If an item is damaged, we will gladly issue you a full refund or exchange within 5 days. Please look your orders over as soon as you receive them to report any issues and email (.co not .com). After an item has been worn or washed it is ineligible.

RETURN FREQUENCY LIMIT: 12 returns within a year will be accepted, anything over 12 is subject to a 20% restocking fee. You will receive a courtesy email prior to any fees being deducted from your return.

BACKORDER: If you receive a note on your order that an item is on backorder, it will ship at a later date and with free shipping.

OUT OF STOCK: If you receive a note on your order that an item is out of stock, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: Please read all care instructions of your garment before washing. I personally wash 90% of my boutique items on cold/delicate and hang to dry. Some fabrics are more delicate than others and may require handwashing. We are not responsible for items that are ruined due to improper laundering.

SHIPPING: All SINGLE orders of $100+ (pre-tax) ship FREE 24/7! All orders of $99.99 or less ship for a flat rate of $5.95. Local pickup is not an option at this time. Unfortunately, we cannot alter or change your order once it is placed. All carts expire every 2 hours, do not delay! If you are no longer interested in your item please remove from your cart. Orders ship within 7 business days. We start packing Sunday night's orders on Tuesday’s at 8am CST and continue to do so all week! Thursday lunchtime lives start shipping the following day (Friday at 8am CST)! We cannot control any delays that the USPS may experience. Typically orders only take 1-2 business to arrive, however during the holiday's it may take longer. We encourage you to track your order and contact USPS with any delivery issues (800) 275-8777.
